• MINIMUM STAY:
- 2 nights
Except:
- Minimum stay during Christmas time, Holy Week, holidays and week-ends which coincide with national holidays should be requested additionally.
• TERMS:
- Children up to 3 years old: free of charge in a cot (on request).
- Check-out before 12 AM, check-in after 2 PM and till 8 PM from Monday to Friday. After this hour and during the week-ends and festivities, the entrance time should be confirmed additionally on the confirmation of the booking.
- The service of left-luggage office is not provided.
- The booking will be confirmed after the prepayment of 50 % of the total cost.
- The balance should be paid on arrival to the apartment, except the stays longer than two nights. In these cases, the balance can be paid later, but always before the last week-end or national/local holiday.
- When you leave the apartment it should be put in order and clean. On the contrary, 50 € will be charged additionally.
- Ask us about special prices for groups and longer stays.
- These prices are valid till 31/12/2008.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation 10 days before the arrival: free of charge.
- In case the booking is cancelled less than 10 days before the arrival, the total amount paid in order to confirm the booking will be charged.
- In case of canceling a booking for Christmas time, Holy Week, holidays and week-ends which coincide with national holidays, less than 15 days before the arrival, the total amount paid in order to confirm the booking will be charged.
• As soon as the booking is confirmed, it is considered that the client accepts the above mentioned terms and conditions.
